We are seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our professional network. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to help patients regain or improve functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to enhance daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, as well as professional standards of practice.
• Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.

• Current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
• Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy (1–2 years preferred, but new grads may be considered).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
