Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our professional network. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare settings—including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, schools, and long‑term care facilities. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to help patients regain or improve functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to enhance daily living.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations, as well as professional standards of practice.
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.
- Current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
- Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy (1–2 years preferred, but new grads may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
