As a caregiver, you will support clients with non-skilled personal care needs such as personal care, bathing, dressing, toileting, medication reminders, meal prep, and familiarity with mobility aids like walkers, W/C, and transfers. You will provide meaningful companionship and help with light housekeeping (no heavy lifting). Documentation is completed through an easy-to-use paperless system. All of our caregivers play an essential role in helping clients remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

• Fill out all required shift information using our app.
• Engage in friendly conversation with each client to make a connection.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, feeding, etc.).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare meals as needed.
• Non‑Skilled Care Only (no medical certification).

• At least one year of caregiving or healthcare‑related experience (formal or informal).
• Driver's License (or reliable means of transportation).
• Auto Insurance (mileage reimbursement).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain upon hire).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening (we pay for both).
• Eligible to work in the United States (required).
