We’re seeking a skilled PT for a 13-week clinic assignment in Kooskia, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent clinician who can evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and manage a clinic-based caseload.

• Shift: Days
• Shift length: 10 hours
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week

  Clinic and medical office

• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility and functional training
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans based on patient progress
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with referring providers and care-team members
• Support patients in improving strength, balance, mobility and function

• Holds an active Idaho Physical Therapist license or has a pending license
• Has recent outpatient or clinic-based experience
• Is comfortable working 10-hour shifts
• Can independently manage evaluations, treatments and documentation
• Is available for the complete 13-week assignment
