Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) in Givens Hot Springs, up to $16.00/hr, with bonuses for mileage and flexible schedule. No prior caregiving experience needed.
Responsibilities- Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families
- Help around the house, run errands, provide transportation
- Offer friendly company and support as needed
- Earn up to $16.00/hr plus bonus mileage reimbursement
- Flexible schedule; choose hourly visit opportunities via the mobile app
- Work 2‑4 hour visits; create your own schedule around your life
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Access to a smartphone and a vehicle [] or newer
