We are hiring for a HR Generalist at our Homedale, . The successful candidate must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

• Develop and manage programs and processes: labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation, EEO, safety, workers' compensation, leave administration, and benefits
• Plays a key role in employee relations. Must exercise independent discretion and decision making, and take a proactive approach to issues and strategies.
• Act as a consultant to employees and management, establishing rapport and maintaining communication with all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and projects with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, responsibility and confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated HR knowledge, problem-solving skills and organizational awareness.
• Must be able to work independently and have well-developed interpersonal skills, strong organization and prioritization skills necessary to operate in a fast-paced work environment, effective communication skills and high motivation/initiative.
• Strong PC skills required.
• Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' HR generalist experience preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
