We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sr Executive - Talent Acquisition in TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry and excellent talent acquisition skills.
Roles and Responsibility- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
