SAP S/4 Hana Data Migration - Senior Solution Architect Core Responsibilities

• Data Migration Strategy & Execution
  • Define and implement end-to-end data migration strategies for SAP S/4
    
    HANA projects.
  • Lead extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure data harmonization, cleansing, and enrichment for master and transactional data.
  • Utilize SAP tools like Migration Cockpit (LTMC), SAP BODS, and SAP Data Services for migration tasks.
• Architectural Design
  • Develop the To-Be Data Model aligned with S/4
    
    HANA requirements.
  • Create master data strategies, coding principles, and naming conventions.
  • Design conversion dependencies and maintain technical documentation.
• Integration & Governance
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other modules.
  • Validate scope and manage cross-stream consistency for data flows and interfaces.
• Compliance & Security
  • Review roles and authorizations impacted by migration (e.g., obsolete TCodes, new UI).
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks during migration.

• Technical Expertise
  • Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4
    
    HANA data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and full lifecycle implementations (Blueprinting, Fit‑Gap, Cutover, Go‑Live).
  • Familiarity with SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and integration with non‑SAP systems.
• Architectural & Leadership Skills
  • Ability to lead international projects and manage large-scale migration programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP roadmap and best practices for S/4
    
    HANA adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
