• Serve as a relief operator for a wide variety of functions, machinery, and workstations.
• Assist with mill clean‑up until promoted into a more advanced and/or specialized role.
• Learn the safe and efficient operation of each machine assigned.
• Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSA’s (job safety analysis).

• Work various shifts, days, and overtime.
• $2/hr shift differential for qualified night and weekend shifts.
• Overtime pays at time and a half.
• Use motorized equipment, hand tools (broom, shovel, etc), and an air hose.
• Adapt to various weather conditions, loud conditions, and airborne particles (sawdust) as we are working in a loud, industrial sawmill.
• Pass a hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check.

• A high school diploma or GED.

Sitting and/or standing for a full shift, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, squatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, walking varying distance, climbing stairs, and listening to equipment.
