Sirius Staffing is seeking dependable Manufacturing Operators to support chemical production, blending, mixing, and packaging operations in Marsing, .
Position SummaryThis position involves operating manufacturing equipment, handling chemical materials, and ensuring products meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment used to blend, mix, fill, seal, label, and package chemical products.
- Accurately weigh and measure powdered and liquid chemicals according to formulation instructions.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform equipment changeovers, minor troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Inspect finished products and maintain accurate batch records and production documentation.
- Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished products as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
- Forklift experience preferred; must obtain certification within 45 days of hire.
- Mechanically inclined with basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and production specifications.
- Comfortable working around chemicals, strong odors, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including full-face respirators in designated areas.
