Position: Clinical Nurse – Community Services

Salary: $56.76 – $58.31 per hour + NFP salary packaging benefits + extensive staff discounts

Blue Care is transforming the delivery of quality nursing care in the community setting. As part of our clinical nursing team, you will focus on providing nursing care and leadership, supporting other care staff and ensuring quality care that promotes independence and the ability to stay at home.

As a Clinical Nurse you will manage a client portfolio and lead the frontline team through guidance and mentorship. The role enhances decision‑making and clinical experience, providing exceptional care while responding to nursing issues.

• Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans
• Conduct comprehensive and accurate resident assessments
• Assist with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development
• Support the service in achieving all accreditation standards

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration
• Extensive general nursing experience with demonstrated clinical skills
• Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
• Knowledge of community funding highly desirable
