Position Overview
As a Home Health RN, you will provide in-home care for patients who have been recently diagnosed, discharged from the ER, or require ongoing respiratory treatment, wound care, or medication management. You’ll conduct home visits to monitor patients’ progress with their care plans, educate them on their conditions, and assess both their physical and emotional well-being. When patients are ready for discharge, you will coordinate resources and educate both the patient and their family, ensuring they have everything they need to continue their recovery at home.
What You Can Expect from This Role

Schedule:
Required to work one shift per pay period. Days of the week will vary Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, may include evening on-call and weekend shifts
• Low Visit Requirements:
Daily visit expectations are below the state and national average
• Compensation:
Paid hourly which includes drive time and mileage reimbursement for traveling within McCall and its surrounding regions
• Additional Pay:
On-call and applicable differential pay

Qualifications
•
Education:
Nursing Degree (ASN or BSN)
•
Experience:
At least 1 year of RN experience;
Home Health or Acute Care experience is a plus
•
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN License in the state of Idaho;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
