• Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment
• Administer physician-ordered treatments and medications
• Communicate resident condition changes to physicians and families
• Provide skilled care including: tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, wound dressing, and more
• Closely observe residents requiring acute care
• Advocate for residents  needs and ensure care follows their personalized plan
• Complete charting and documentation accurately and on time

• Current RN/LPN license in good standing
• Clear, compassionate communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations
• A heart for geriatric care and a passion for making a daily difference
