We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager Quality in the International BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in an international BPO/Call Centre setting is preferred.
