• Manages, trains, monitors, and coaches Team / Crew Members
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees to ensure food service meets operational standards
• Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with the restaurant employee handbook, policies, and practices
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Monitors and adjusts staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
• Completes weekly inventory as needed
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records, and documentation
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees focus on serving customers
• Responds promptly and respectfully to guest requests

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• General knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry
• Minimum of six months restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry-level retail management experience, including shift management without supervision
• Effective communication, basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously once given
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems successfully
• Willingness to adhere to SONIC appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
• Friendly demeanor and commitment to courteous customer service
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead team members
