• Reception duties including greeting guests.
• Handle multiple phone lines and check guests in and out of approximately 101 rooms per day.
• Ability to multi-task while sitting or standing for long periods.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and concern for guest needs.
• Read, write, speak, and hear English fluently.
• Assist guests with problem solving and reasoning to address various requests.

• Basic computer skills and good corrected vision for data verification.
• Ability to use both hands for phone, filing, and typing tasks.
• May need to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills and experience with money handling, including settling and refunding payments.
• Neat, professional appearance; uniform provided.
