As a Licensed Sales Professional, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency by engaging new prospects, nurturing relationships, and providing trusted guidance to help customers make informed insurance decisions. • Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads from multiple sources
• Offer tailored Allstate products that meet each customer’s needs
• Educate clients on how to protect their families, property, and future
• Deliver exceptional service and a positive customer experience
• Be a trusted advisor in your community

• Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience preferred)
• No insurance experience required — we’ll train you!
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) (existing license a plus)
• Self-motivated and confident — works well independently and on a team
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to helping others
