As a Glass Doctor ISR, you will:

• Educate customers about Glass Doctor’s services and discuss features and benefits in detail.
• Enthusiastically take phone calls from customers in need of glass services.
• Enter all pertinent customer and job information into the computer system, maintaining accurate records of prospects, existing customers, and progress.
• Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities.
• Maintain open lines of communication with ownership/management.
• Assist customers in-shop at the front counter as needed.
