Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and support for Win Co Foods’ physical security solutions, including CCTV, access control, video analytic, and other related technologies. Work closely with key business units, such as Loss Prevention and Risk Management, to ensure the systems are meeting the requirements of those departments.

• Design and implement CCTV, access control and other physical security systems across all Win Co Foods stores, distribution centers and offices.
• Work closely with construction managers, architects, and contractors on construction projects to stand up new physical security systems.
• Collaborate with IT Staff to engineer and support physical security systems in a way that meets IT Infrastructure and Security requirements.
• Stay current on physical security technologies and evaluate solutions to meet business needs.
• Maintain good relationships with the partners providing physical security systems.
• Ensure systems meet any regulatory or compliance requirements, like PCI Compliance.
• Create requirements for and design new physical security systems or integrations.
• Oversee the successful installation and commissioning of physical security systems at new locations.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, diagrams and other documentation pertaining to Win Co’s physical security systems.
• Coordinate with users, team members and system vendors to resolve incidents or major problems with the systems.
• Identify areas of improvement around all physical security systems, such as improving system performance or cost savings opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

• Bachelors in a technology or security related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years IT or Physical Security Systems experience.
• Applying knowledge of a variety of physical security systems and concepts.
• Design and Engineering of CCTV, Access Control, or other physical security related concepts.
• Exhibiting strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Be on‑call to troubleshoot emergencies and respond to service disruptions.
• Implementing and managing physical security technologies and best practices around those solutions.
• Displaying thought leadership to solve for complex security problems.

• Travel up to 10% of the time.

• Retail grocery experience.
• Experience installing and repairing physical security technologies.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
