COA IJsselstein zoekt een empathische woonbegeleider die bewoners van de opvang veilig en menswaardig ondersteunt. Je helpt bij structuur, zelfredzaamheid en voorbereiden op een nieuwe fase in hun leven, met aandacht voor diversiteit en samenwerking met collega's.
Je werkt 28–36 uur per week, tijdelijk 6 maanden met uitzicht op verlenging. Een salaris tussen €3.322 en €4.521 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek, reiskostenvergoeding en vakantiegeld behoren tot de voordelen van deze positie.
