About the Role
Destination Education is seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and diverse Primary Schools in Redbridge. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety and want the flexibility to choose when and where they work. With daily, short-term, and ongoing cover available, you will have the opportunity to teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, depending on your experience and preferences.
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting pupils’ learning, and ensuring a positive, well-managed classroom environment. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared plans

Maintain professionalism and follow school policies

The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Confident teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
Strong classroom management skills
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
Positive, proactive, and passionate about teaching
Previous UK classroom experience is essential
