Teach Business and Economics across KS4-KS5 and support pupil progression.

Empowering Learning are recruiting a motivated Business & Economics Teacher for a successful secondary school in Redbridge. This full-time role starts in January and suits both ECTs and teachers up to M4, offering strong support, a well-resourced department, and a clear focus on curriculum development and student progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Business Studies and Economics across KS4/KS5, preparing students for GCSEs and A-Level pathways

Deliver a structured, ambitious curriculum that supports achievement and long-term progression

Apply strong behaviour management and maintain positive classroom routines

Support interventions, assessments, and targeted student development

Contribute to a collaborative department committed to high standards

You will need:
