We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND.

• Deliver structured interventions and support learning activities for pupils with SEND
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to plan, deliver, and assess individualised learning programmes
• Monitor progress and contribute to reports, reviews, and planning meetings
• Provide in-class support and occasionally lead whole class sessions as required
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive

• Proven experience working with children with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting
• A strong understanding of inclusive education practices and SEND strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development
• Familiarity with EHCPs and intervention tracking
