The Role:

Support the strategic leadership and development of the English department
Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and curriculum planning
Mentor and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team
Deliver consistently high-quality lessons across KS3-KS5
Play a key role in raising attainment and enriching the English curriculum
