Position: Cover Supervisor (Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time)
Cover Supervisors Needed – East London

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across East London. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible and rewarding work in education.

Role Responsibilities:

* Supervising classes during teacher absence

* Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects

* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

* Supporting students with their work and maintaining engagement

* Following school policies and safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

* Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Confidence supervising students aged 11–16 (or 11–18)

* A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
