September 2026 start or earlier. I am working closely with a well‑regarded secondary school in Redbridge that is seeking a passionate and ambitious 2IC of English. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced English teacher ready to take the next step in leadership, or an existing second in department looking to grow within a supportive and forward‑thinking team. A September 2026 start is planned, though the school is open to an earlier appointment for the right person.
