This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Your RoleAs our SENDCO, you will be the driving force behind innovative and evidence-based support for students with identified SEND needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing SEND provision to ensure every child receives the support they need.
- Providing professional guidance to secure high-quality teaching for all students.
- Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching and learning to drive improvements.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status and a commitment to ongoing professional development in SEND.
- Experience working with parents to support children with SEND.
- A proven track record as an excellent classroom teacher.
- A thorough understanding of statutory regulations related to SEND and equality.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies.
