Your Role

As our SENDCO, you will be the driving force behind innovative and evidence-based support for students with identified SEND needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing SEND provision to ensure every child receives the support they need.
  • Providing professional guidance to secure high-quality teaching for all students.
  • Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching and learning to drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and a commitment to ongoing professional development in SEND.
  • Experience working with parents to support children with SEND.
  • A proven track record as an excellent classroom teacher.
  • A thorough understanding of statutory regulations related to SEND and equality.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies.
