Principal Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Graduates and candidates with school-based SEND experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Assist students with learning, behaviour and emotional needs
Support teachers in the classroom
Promote positive learning environments
Person Specification
Experience working with SEND pupils (preferred)

Patient, caring and adaptable
Strong communication skills
