As a Year 5 Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and engage pupils, ensuring strong progress across core and foundation subjects. You will use assessment data to inform planning, provide focused support where needed, and create opportunities for pupils to develop critical thinking and independence. The role requires strong classroom management, effective communication with parents and carers, and active participation in the wider school community.
