Teaching Assistant – Redbridge – £90–£110 a day (depending on experience) – Full Time – Immediate Start

* Teaching Assistant – Previous experience supporting pupils in a school setting required

* Teaching Assistant – Experience working with SEN or additional needs desirable

* Teaching Assistant – Must be confident supporting classroom learning and behaviour

* Teaching Assistant – Required full time ASAP

The Role – Teaching Assistant

Seeking a committed and reliable Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5–11 across mainstream and SEN support needs. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver small-group interventions, provide targeted 1:1 support and help pupils access the curriculum. The role involves supporting literacy and numeracy activities, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a structured, engaging and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can make strong progress.

The school supports pupils aged 5–11 and provides a welcoming, inclusive environment with high expectations for learning and behaviour.
