SENCO – Redbridge

A well-regarded and supportive school in Redbridge is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to join their leadership and inclusion team from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SENCO, Assistant SENCO, or experienced teacher with SEN leadership experience to make a genuine impact within a welcoming and inclusive school environment.

The school is looking for someone who is committed to ensuring all pupils receive the support, guidance and opportunities needed to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

The Role:

* Leading and managing SEND provision across the school

* Supporting pupils with EHCPs, autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs

* Working closely with teachers, parents, external agencies and SLT

* Monitoring progress and implementing effective intervention strategies

* Ensuring the school remains compliant with SEND legislation and best practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* QTS and National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards)

* Previous experience as a SENCO or within SEND leadership

* Strong understanding of EHCP processes and SEND frameworks

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Passion for inclusion and pupil progress
