A large, welcoming Specialist SEN School in Ilford is seeking a dedicated Male Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This rewarding role involves working closely with male students who have Autism and a range of learning difficulties, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

- A positive team player who brings energy, empathy, and initiative to every day.
- (Bonus) Skilled in PECS, Makaton, Signalong, or Team Teach – desirable but not essential.
- Support students with Autism and learning difficulties to reach their full potential.
- Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive classroom environments.
- Provide tailored academic and emotional support to ensure each student thrives.
- Help young people build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
