We are working with a wide range of SEN schools, specialist provisions, and mainstream schools with dedicated SEND departments across Havering and Redbridge who are seeking reliable and compassionate Supply SEN Teaching Assistants.

Your Responsibilities
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and other additional needs
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions
Promoting independence, confidence, and engagement
Supporting personal care where required
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, support work, or childcare are welcomed
Patient, adaptable, and positive approach
Confidence working in different school environments
Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneWhy Join Remedy Education?
