Hold a First-Class or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university Studied English, Humanities, Modern Languages, or a related subject Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Are passionate about supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged young people Have previous tutoring, mentoring, teaching, or child-centred experience Hold a TEFL qualification or EAL experience (desirable but not essential) This Literacy Tutor opportunity is perfect for graduates looking to make a genuine impact while gaining the skills and experience needed for a long-term career in education.
