Think Education Partners Limited is supporting a Redbridge primary school to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). The role combines whole-class leadership with targeted intervention delivery to help pupils make strong progress.
You will work under the school leadership to sustain high standards, support pupils with diverse learning needs including SEND, and contribute to a warm, inclusive learning environment. The position is full-time and fixed-term, starting September 2026.
