If so, this could be the ideal role for you.

Behaviour Manager

- The Role

As a Behaviour Manager, you will take the lead on supporting pupils whose behaviour presents a barrier to learning. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, SENCO, teachers, parents, and external professionals to implement behaviour strategies and interventions.

You will be responsible for managing behaviour support plans, delivering targeted pastoral interventions, supporting attendance and punctuality, conducting parent meetings, and helping pupils develop positive coping strategies and emotional resilience.

The role will involve working closely with pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs, providing both 1:1 and small group support where required.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient, and passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils.
