Lift Schools is recruiting an Attendance and Exclusion Lead to drive strategic attendance across our network of 59 schools. You will work with the Head of Safeguarding and regional/national directors to ensure robust attendance systems, targeted interventions and compliant suspensions/exclusions.
You will lead improvement initiatives, build relationships with school leaders and coach them to deliver sustainable outcomes for thousands of pupils.
