Milk Education is recruiting a Pastoral Assistant for a SEMH specialist school in Redbridge. You will support pupils with SEMH needs, help build positive relationships, and assist teachers with engaging learning activities.
With a calm, patient approach, you will implement restorative approaches to behaviour, support wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher are expected; TA qualification is desirable.
