Property Finance Manager - reporting into the Senior Manager Transactional Finance.
The Property Finance Team focuses on the operating costs for multiple retail sites across the UK.
Responsibilities- Responsible for a small team of Accounts Payable Controllers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices for utilities, rents, service charges etc.
- Responsible for maintaining journals and producing reports on property operating costs.
- AAT Qualified
- Supervisory experience
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Good stakeholder management
9.00 - 17.30, 45 mins for lunch, 36.25 hour week
On site once or twice a month
