Advanced Youth Offending Service Officer - Ilford
Contract
£32.93 per hour Umbrella (approx. £51,370.00 per annum)
Full time
Duties and responsibilities- Manage a caseload of youth justice cases, including both out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders, in compliance with the National Standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework.
- Adopt a Child First, Offender Second approach to deliver effective support and interventions that help children and young people complete their disposals/orders and lead crime‑free lives.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with children, young people, their families, and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals involved.
- Prioritize equality of opportunity and anti‑discriminatory practices in all aspects of the work to ensure fair and inclusive support.
