Essential Employment is seeking an Allocations & Lettings Officer in Ilford. This is a temporary role with a rate of £21.71ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will allocate accommodation under the Housing Act 1996 and the Allocations Scheme, using the choice-based lettings system and direct matching for medical needs, including delayed discharge cases. They will verify shortlisted applicants for permanent properties, provide comprehensive housing advice to applicants on the housing register
