We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) to join a well-established nursing home based in Ilford, Greater London.

This role is suitable for a Registered Nurse with proven hands-on clinical experience and previous exposure to senior or leadership responsibilities within a nursing home or care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical running of the home

* Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams

* Maintain high standards of clinical care and person-centred practice

* Oversee clinical governance, audits, and regulatory compliance

* Ensure accurate clinical documentation and care planning

* Mentor, supervise, and support nursing staff

* Lead by example on the floor when required

Candidate Requirements

* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN

* Must have strong clinical experience within a nursing or care home

* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead in Nursing home only.

* British Citizen or full Right to Work in the UK

* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
