4) to support a young man with complex health needs role involves compassionate, patient-centred care across a mix of Band 2 and Band 4 shifts.
The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, manage nutrition, and confidently handle seizure management within safe, prescribed care plans. Training and structured shift patterns are provided.
