Female Healthcare Trainer

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Trainer to deliver high-quality training to healthcare staff ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mandatory healthcare training (e.g. Manual Handling Safeguarding Infection Control)
• Assess staff competency and maintain training records
• Develop and update training materials in line with regulations
• Support staff development and continuous learning
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Trainer
• Relevant teaching/training qualification (e.g. PTLLS/AET or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
