li>Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes. /li> li>Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. /li> li>Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including light exercise. /li> li>Administer medication in line with care plans and training provided.

/li> li>Prepare meals and assist with eating, as required. /li> li>Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. /li> li>Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being. /li> li>Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions. /li> li>Maintain accurate records and documentation after each visit. /li> li>Work in partnership with families and other professionals to ensure quality care.
