This Dennyson Care role is for compassionate and skilled Carers to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including light exercise.
- Administer medication in line with care plans and training provided.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating, as required.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation after each visit.
- Work in partnership with families and other professionals to ensure quality care.
