This is a great opportunity to broaden your HR experience, take ownership of key processes and make a genuine impact within a values-led organisation.

We would love to hear from anyone with experience as an HR Officer, HR Advisor, People Advisor, HR Coordinator or experienced HR Administrator who has strong generalist HR experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.

  • Experience managing safer recruitment processes, including DBS and reference checks
  • Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance or performance management processes
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to advise managers and employees at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Experience using an HRIS platform such as Breathe HR or similar
  • Previous experience within housing, supported living, care or another regulated social sector environment would be advantageous
