Registered Children's Home Manager
Starting Salary: £55,000 per annum (DOE, with performance-related progression)

As the Registered Children’s Home Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, driving excellence across the service to ensure every young person receives the highest standard of care, support, and opportunity to flourish.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining exceptional standards of care and compliance
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented care team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and young people
- Ensure all Ofsted, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded
- Build and sustain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered
- Work collaboratively with senior management to uphold the organisation's mission, vision, and values
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager, or 4 years as a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting
- Proven experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
- Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People's Services) - essential
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A calm, reflective, and supportive approach to managing behaviour
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required
- Starting salary of £55,000 per annum
