Soteria People is seeking an experienced Registered Ofsted Manager to oversee two children’s residential homes in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and supportive organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people in care.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing an Ofsted‑regulated children’s homes
• Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Driving service improvement, staff training, and professional development
• Overseeing referrals, care planning, and multi‑agency working
• Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring financial efficiency
• Preparing for an operational role as the organisation expands

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Home Regulations, and the Quality Standards
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
• Proven track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• A full UK driving licence
