PR and Social Media Manager

lford Khan Communication Limited is seeking a creative and commercially focused PR and Social Media Manager to promote its mobile phones, electronic accessories, repair services, laptops and related communication products. The role will be responsible for strengthening the company’s public image, increasing its online visibility and attracting customers to its retail premises through targeted digital campaigns, engaging content and effective local public relations.

• Develop and implement the company’s public relations, social media and digital marketing strategy.
• Create and publish engaging content promoting mobile phones, accessories, repair services, laptops and special offers.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, respond to customer enquiries and maintain a professional online presence.
• Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers and local community marketing activities.
• Produce photographs, videos, promotional graphics and written content showcasing products and services.
• Build relationships with local organisations, influencers, suppliers and community groups to increase brand awareness.

• Relevant professional experience in public relations, marketing, communications or social media management.
• Strong content-writing, communication and customer-engagement skills.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and digital advertising platforms.
• Ability to create visual content using photography, video-editing and graphic-design tools.
• Good commercial awareness, organisational skills and understanding of the telecommunications or retail sector.
