Clinical Lead Nurse
Location: Ilford, East London
Salary: £58,000 to £65,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Ilford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to take on a key clinical role within a large, purpose-built service that provides nursing, dementia, respite and younger adult care. The home offers a well-supported care environment with strong operational infrastructure, making this a good opportunity for someone who wants to combine hands‑on clinical oversight with leadership responsibility.
Requirements- Valid nursing qualification with active NMC registration
- Significant experience in a clinical setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a nursing team
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology and care planning
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, organised and resident‑focused approach
- Previous care home experience preferred
- Must have the right to work full time in the UK, as sponsorship is not available
- £58,000 to £65,000 per annum
